How Can I Make An Impact?

SHARE YOUR STORY
Your personal online fundraising page is what donors will see, so give it your own touch by adding a picture and a story about why you are walking.  Share this on Facebook or Twitter and through emails to your friends. 

TALK THE WALK
Get others excited to join you by telling everyone how fun, inspiring and meaningful the walk is to thousands of families that struggle with ASD.

SPREAD THE WORD
Help spread the word by distributing posters and brochures in your neighbourhood, office, schools and community.  Get together as a team and really wrap the town! Contact us for details.

MATCHING GIFTS
Companies often donate a portion of profits to charity.  Ask your Human Resources Department if your company provides matching gifts.  It is an easy way to grow or even double your individual or team fundraising.

CONTACT LOCAL MEDIA
Awareness is an important priority for Autism Speaks Canada.  Urge a local reporter, radio personality or newspaper editor to share your story.
